December 2006 - Mount Carmel Quiz Bowl

Mount Carmel hosts this competition annually and invites 20 schools from the Metro Area.

Senior Division Placed 1st and went undefeated

Junior Division was undefeated and placed 2nd - the placement was determined
by points

February 2007 - Mathcounts

Mathcounts is a national math competition sponsored locally by the University of New Orleans Engineering Society. Students compete as individuals and as a team. Listed below is Lake Castle's results in the local competition for the Southeast region and will hold its state competition in March.
